Trinity

Even though the research center at Los Alamos was top secret, secrets this big rarely last long. The word was out that Los Almos is where the Americans kept their biggest brains.

Under the cover of darkness Sergi and his team scouted the research facility's parameter looking for vulnerabilities. They soon found one, a guard dozing at his post. He never had a chance to made a sound. The team entered the campus.

Using hand signals Sergi directed the others toward the buildings where the scientists lay sleeping. They silently crept forward.

Big brains. Yum. There would be feasting tonight.

I don't get zombies. Are human brains that much tastier than elephant or whale brains? I mean, comparably, we're like sunflower seeds. Zombies got something against seafood and big game?

O...M...G.... THAT's what happened to the dinosaurs. Quick, anyone got George Romero's phone number?

The whole zombie thing is and always has been incredibly cheezy. But zombies are also popular so I thought I'd take a shot at the genre. Not sure if it's a head shot though.

Of course, this is an allegory about the bean-counters, bureaucrats and pols of the military-industrial complex, right. :D

Some spelling errors and typos highlighted...
(Might be some missing commas, too.)

Thanks - I'll admit that sometimes I rush these things.

Now your taking over Miss Grimsley's job too? You're gonna put us all out of work.

Resistance is futile...

Anywho, I'm on a few alpha and beta forums and some writers appreciate a little Q&D editing. I'm guessing you're not one of them?

I kid. I'd be lost without my editor Miss Grimsley (and she's far more harsh than you could ever be, what with her rotting flesh and penchant for latex...)

I consider you an awesome asset to these forums, and all kidding is meant to be taken with the sincerest admiration and respect for your awesome output and fine Twabbleage (and now, Drabbleage...)
