I'm not sure we can give Obama the entire blame. Clearly a holdover from the previous administration's tendency to outsource such important matters to Blackwater and Halliburton.

Honestly I don't the people of our great country to always have their hands held by the government, just because a zombie might want to nibble on it.

Let's bring back the community spirit and let local militias set up the picnic tables with coffee, donuts and lots of ammunition. Perfect opportunity to get to know our neighbors. While we shoot our other neighbors, that happen to be risen from the dead, in the head.
